Styling’s an optional service for couples who’d prefer to avoid the time and stress of planning décor and setting everything up themselves. We’ll help create a practical, cohesive plan that fits the venue’s contemporary feel, letting you enjoy the lead-up instead of managing the finer details.
Your stylist can provide guidance on colour palettes, florals, table setups and décor choices. You’ll receive a mood board or Pinterest framework along with realistic advice on placement and flow. The goal is to reduce planning pressure and eliminate setup stress while delivering a coordinated, polished result that fits naturally within the venue.
Elegant Ceremony Look
Your guests won’t stop talking about the way your ceremony space looked with the colour-cordinated silk flower decoration available from the venue.
Our team will create something special with florals to fully dress the rotunda, aisle and entrance to the ceremony area at a fraction of the cost of fresh flowers. They’ll look great in your photographs too.
Ceremony styling options include floral plinths, rotunda corners and pillars, floral pew and aisle markers, welcome sign florals and rotunda drapes. The basic green, white and cream of the arrangements can be added to with splashes of colour from our full range of silk blooms.
If, like most couples, you also choose our reception styling package, you’ll be able to easily coordinate the look throughout the venue.
Effortless Reception Styling
Lose the stress of styling the venue on the morning of your wedding with our reception package which is our wedding couples’ favourite venue extra.
Our team, including our florists, knows exactly what works and how to make the most of the options chosen. Pick one of the on-trend flower styles, and then extra styling accessories such as neon signs and ornamental glassware.
Table styling includes fresh flowers in the colour combination of your choice for each guest table, displayed as runners or in vases, and a luxury couple’s table runner, with accompanying linen.
Other options include a line of vases done Japanese Ikebana style or in a string of small vases.

Choosing the colour palette for your floral decoration, along with the types of arrangements and blooms that will be in season, is so much easier with the help of our wonderful venue florists, Meghann Humphries and Torey Stenberg.
Meghann (pictured) began her floristry career in 1987. Her wealth of experience means you’re in safe hands – “From early morning starts at the auctions collecting fresh flowers, to working out of my Kingsland studio, my fine attention to detail and extensive knowledge sees care and love throughout all my designs.”
Meanwhile, Torey found her love of floristry in 2017 – “I have an eye for aesthetics and keen attention to detail. Having explored a career in landscaping, and equine, I discovered that the path I love most, is the one lined with flowers.”
Our florals were better than I could have ever expected. Our ceremony florals, our reception florals & our bouquets all exceeded my expectations.
We loved how timeless the styling was. The brief was white with a touch of green. From the silk flowers to the fresh bouquets, there was truely nothing more we could’ve asked for.

The styling package with really good as we didn’t need to plan too much in terms of decorating. The flowers look amazing in the photos!
