Compact Weddings – Less Is More
Enjoy a stylish affordable wedding, including seated dining and plenty of time for speeches, in a 5-hour package with your ceremony and reception, or just your reception. You choose how you’d like to use the time.
With a low minimum spend and half-price venue fee, Compact Weddings are perfect if you’re budget conscious and want to limit the overall cost or just want a smaller wedding.

The venue and styling was of very high standard, we got many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was. Food was great, and the drinks selection.
From our initial planning with the wedding events manager Nikki to the final meetings with the wedding day-of coordinator Steph, we felt very looked after.
All This Included
All standard wedding services are included in your affordable Compact Wedding package.
– Exclusive hire of the venue for 5 hours of the ceremony and/or reception
– Use of ceremony chairs and other furniture, cutlery, glasses and crockery
– Staff for service
– Access to the venue for a rehearsal
– 2 planning meetings
– Use of our in-house music system
– Cutting of the wedding cake
– Set-up and pack-down of all venue items, plus cleaning
Please note:
– The venue capacity is 100 people.
– BYO isn’t available, as the venue’s fully licensed. We can order in your special tipple on request though.
– Dining is provided by our team of talented chefs.
– Holiday weekend days (including the day before the holiday) are charged at a higher price.
Other Affordable Options
If a Compact wedding isn’t quite what you’re looking for, here are two more great choices to consider that will enable you to have a dream wedding at a cost within your spending range.
Weekday Weddings from $5,000
If you have your heart set on a full 8-hour wedding with ceremony and reception, this could be the answer you’ve been looking for.
By having your wedding on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday, the minimum spend drops to $5,000 (2023/24), $5.250 (2024/25) or $5,500 (2025/26). This weekday rate is available all year round, including summer peak season.
By selecting the silver reception package your weekday minimum spend can accommodate 20 guests in summer, 25 in winter. Extra guests cost from $169-$199 per person.

Pop-up or Ceremony-Only
We can host your pop-up wedding and reception for two and a half or three and a half hours, at a very affordable price from as little as $2,000. Our pop-up options also provide a great way for you to have a ceremony-only wedding.
Whether you have 10 guests or 100, you can create your unique package with mix-and-match features, starting with venue hire, canapes and drinks.
Like any other wedding, you can enjoy deciding on styling, a celebrant and a photographer, have a planning meeting and a rehearsal. Our team will guide you through the choices.
